DB Straight 0m50 - Breaker

Dutch Barrier’s Straight 0m50 – Breaker is designed for quick and flexible setup changes at multi-day events, where barrier lines may need to be adapted overnight. Because it has no pin, this 0m50 section can be slid in and out of the barrier line once unbolted, allowing easy layout changes without compromising strength or alignment. Its orange step provides clear visual recognition for crew during operation.

A solid (foldable) A-frame welded aluminium construction made out of bespoke extrusion profiles
One unit measures 500mm wide, 1250mm deep and 1200mm high
A rounded top rail and welded end caps for the audience’s comfort & and safety
A punched tread plate prevents liquids from pooling
An elevated rear step gives security personnel better visibility and makes lifting people in distress over the barrier easier

Testing of the DB Straight 0m50 – Breaker was conducted at a minimum of 5kN/m pressure at the top rail, following and exceeding the Temporary Demountable Structures Edition 4 guidelines by the Institution of Structural Engineers (ISE). TÜV reports for each test are available upon request at Dutch Barrier & Dutch Barrier Services.
