DB Straight 0m50 - Hinge Blocks

Dutch Barrier’s Straight 0m50 - Hinge Blocks also doubles as a gatepost for several cablegate and gate options when hinges are in use. Therefore, it only has a threadplate pin and requires a mandatory top bolt instead. If required, the Straight 0m50 is available with a top pin and without hinges. They are stored and travel per 14 units in an all-new handling-friendly dolly system.

A solid (foldable) A-frame welded aluminium construction made out of bespoke extrusion profiles and 4 hinge blocks
One unit measures 500mm wide, 1250mm deep and 1200mm high
A rounded top rail and welded end caps for the audience’s comfort & and safety
A punched tread plate prevents liquids from pooling

Testing was done at a minimum of 5kN/m pressure at the top rail, following and exceeding the Temporary Demountable Structures Edition 4 guidelines by the Institution of Structural Engineers (ISE). TUV reports for each test are available at Dutch Barrier & Dutch Barrier Services upon request.
